How many do I take a day?
We recommend one gummy a day for Baby Face and C-Food and Lighten Up.
When will I see results?
It will vary per person but typically results can be seen after a month of consistent use.
Are they gluten free or dairy free?
Yes, all of our gummies are both gluten-free and dairy-free!
Are they vegan?
All of our products are vegan with the exception of Baby Face which has collagen from fish.
Organic?
Everything that can be is. On our labels everything marked with “*” is an organic ingredient.
Do the gummies contain fructose or gelatin?
No, all of our products are fructose and gelatin free!
Can I take all three?
Yes! You can take all three together, however we don’t recommend taking more than each daily dose.
Best time of day to take each?
Personal preference, but Lighten Up and C-Food have B Vitamins which can be energizing so if you’re sensitive we recommend taking in the morning.
Can I take these with other supplements or serums?
Yes, of course!
Are these for men and women?
Yes, our products are designed to help all genders!
Are these gummies safe to take during pregnancy & breast feeding?
Yes, all three are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding!
Do they need to be stored a certain way?
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Where are the gummies made?

Is there food coloring?
No, none of our products have food coloring.
Are there preservatives?
Citric acid is the only “preservative,” which is used to slow down the oxidation in our gummies.
Is there an odor?
No, they are completely odor free!

What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein made up of amino-acids, which are in turn built of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. Collagen makes up approximately 30% of the proteins within the body.
What is Horsetail and how is it related to silica?
Out of all plants, Horsetail contains the largest amount of silica, which is considered responsible for Horsetail’s (oxygenating) benefits for skin, hair & nails.
What does apple cider vinegar do for your skin?
ACV helps increase blood flow to the skin and minimise pores, making it a great remedy for the ones with oily skin! It also helps to regulate the pH level of your skin’s surface to protect it.
What is folic acid?
Folic Acid works to defend against signs of premature aging such as fine lines & wrinkles, promotes the development of healthy skin cells and even helps to increase the production of collagen to increase skin’s elasticity.
Does Lighten Up contain the mother?
Yes, 500mg per gummy.
How does Lighten Up compare to traditional ACV?
The thing people hate about ACV is the taste, this is the same minus the taste with additional antioxidants and vitamin C.
Are they made in an allergen free facility?
Yes, our gummies are made at Outpost, an allergen free facility.
